Dave Grego is a workforce planning and development and vocational competency expert.
Since 2008, Dave has worked with SkillsDMC as the Manager of our South Australia office, Manager of Workforce Planning and Development and most recently as a Senior Technical Consultant on International Development projects. Dave was engaged in several capacity building projects to reform national TVET systems around the world.

Dave’s work was so successful that our clients had already begun to implement the models and methodologies used during our pilot programs across their organisation, prior to the end of our projects.
Starting his career as a commercial printer, Dave demonstrated a keen eye for ways to improve the way that teams and organisations work and moved through a series of supervisory and managerial roles with companies including Visy Board and Kodak.
Dave holds a Diploma of Business Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, making him a qualified vocational trainer and assessor in Australia. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems trained and holds a trade qualification in commercial printing.
