The article reports a recent analysis released by Deloitte Access Economics, predicting that “the education sector’s contribution to Australian export earnings could double to $35 billion as onshore student numbers rise from 650,000 enrolments today to 940,000 by 2025.
The offshore opportunity could be ten times the size of the projected onshore market, the report predicted. China, India, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia and Hong Kong were seen as the countries with the highest prospects.”
